Rose Mill Receives New ISO Certification

The Rose Mill Company achieved the new ISO 9001:2015 certification in November of 2017, which is an upgrade from the company's long-time ISO 9001:2008 standard. "I'm proud of our office and production staff" states Jay Stolfi, Rose Mill's President. "We were able to achieve the new standard fairly early, and it will further enhance our ability to offer quality-driven products to our customers".

The new ISO standard provides a more organized approach to managing risks, better identifies opportunities for improvement and addresses supply chain management more effectively. "Managing a quality system for toll processing manufacturers like Rose Mill is no easy task" according the Sharon Eddy of New England ISO Services. "By achieving this new standard, Rose Mill is better able to meet their customers' quality requirements, and they can do so without sacrificing their flexibility or responsiveness."

In addition to being a worldwide supplier of borates (boric acid, borax and specialty grades), Rose Mill Company provides chemical and mineral processing services, including particle reduction, blending, bagging, screening, packaging and labeling services.
