Ron Duecker Appointed President of JWC Environmental
Costa Mesa, CA - JWC Environmental is pleased to announce that Ron Duecker has been appointed President of the Company and will oversee operations in the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Duecker, a veteran of the Company for over 20 years, will be JWC's third President.
For 33 years JWC has designed and manufactured the leading line of wastewater grinders and fine screens, including the industry standard Muffin Monster® grinder. Mr. Duecker will oversee the continued development of the Monster family of products as well as further development of equipment for headworks, pump stations, septage receiving and sludge applications.
"We want to maximize our current strengths and add complementary products to our line-up," said Mr. Duecker. "With one contact, people can find the right selection of products that will best fit their need."
Mr. Duecker has spent 26 years with JWC, starting as a purchasing agent and moving up through the ranks to become Manager, then Director of Manufacturing. In 1998, he was appointed Executive Vice President in charge of day-to-day operations and has overseen corporate strategy in a number of areas, including international sales and licensing.

Under Mr. Duecker's leadership, JWC has added several key international distributors, including distributors in China, New Zealand and Thailand-countries with burgeoning wastewater markets. Mr. Duecker also supported the opening of JWC International's operation in England to enhance our European sales and service. He has overseen several key product expansions, including the addition of Monster Separation System(TM) fine screens. In addition, he oversees the Company's intellectual property rights and several dozen patents.

Mr. Chambers has guided the Company through four decades of growth and expansion in the wastewater industry, starting with the Muffin Monster grinder in 1973. Today, the Company offers dozens of innovative products and has 150 people in offices across the country and around the world. Mr. Chambers will continue in his role as Chairman of the Board and looks forward to actively participating in JWC's continued expansion on many fronts.
