Rockwell Automation to Host Environmental Webinars Next Week

As part of its industry webinar series, Rockwell Automation will host sessions featuring discussions about two Rockwell Software environmental applications - predictive emissions monitoring and reporting with Real-time Environmental Management and software-based Continuous Emissions Monitoring. Please see below for additional information about each event.

Real-time Environmental Management Webinar

Complex regional, national and global environmental regulations and emissions trading markets require companies to perform accurate, consistent and verifiable emissions monitoring, record keeping and reporting in a timely manner. However, complicated data collection and reporting workflows lack the accuracy, timeliness, consistency and security required to meet the demands of these continually evolving programs. Many of these reporting methods are resource intensive and rely on multiple spreadsheets and log forms. Even the smallest errors - from using invalid input data to inconsistent evaluation of data and results - can lead to inaccurate reports, missed deadlines, permit violations, financial penalties, lost profit opportunities and brand erosion.

Rockwell Automation recognizes these challenges and offers Real-time Environmental Management (REM), a unique environmental compliance and reporting application that provides continuous active compliance in real-time. The REM application includes sophisticated data validation and a secure metadata repository to deliver reporting information that is accurate and auditable to meet stringent requirements.

Join Rockwell Automation to learn how you can help your company reduce the complexities, costs and risks associated with compliance while capitalizing on emissions trading programs.

Software-based Continuous Emissions Monitoring Webinar

Manufacturers are required to meet the continuous emissions monitoring requirements of local, state, national, and global regulations and emissions trading programs. These requirements include periodic accuracy verification as well as near 100 percent monitoring of uptime. As regulations become more stringent, many industries and processes that were once exempt are now required to account for their impact on the environment.

Rockwell Automation recognizes these challenges and offers an application that delivers valuable emissions and compliance information to meet regulation requirements at a reduced cost. With more than 250 installations, each requiring yearly certification, software-based CEM has achieved a track record of 100 percent compliance. This model-based application combines powerful process analytical models with real-time patented sensor validation to provide predictive emissions values with unsurpassed accuracy.

Attend this session to learn how the Rockwell Software CEM can accurately monitor emissions and compliance information at a significantly reduced cost than hardware-based Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems.
