Robotic TurnKey Solutions delivers Robotic Welding System

Thompson/ Center Arms, a Smith and Wesson Company takes delivery of Robotic GTAW (TIG) Welding System
Turner, Maine (April 26, 2011) - Robotic TurnKey Solutions, llc today announced it has shipped a completed Automated Robotic Welding Cell to Thompson/ Center Arms, a Smith and Wesson Company located in Rochester, New Hampshire.
Robotic TurnKey Solutions has successfully integrated an ABB IRB140 with a Miller Dynasty 350 Welding Power Supply and a CKS Worldwide WF-3 Cold Wire Feeder. This GTAW welding System was designed to weld lugs to barrels at a two minute cycle time, which it exceeds by far. It has been programmed to easily switch between barrel combinations as well as Stainless Steel and 4140 wire.
