New Manufacturing VP to Steer Existing Plant and Direct Future Development

Schenectady, New York - Cyclics Corporation announced today that Robert A. Sinuc has joined the company as Vice President of Manufacturing. Sinuc will lead Cyclics manufacturing in Germany as well as the effort to site future manufacturing plants to support the company's growth. Areas of focus will include driving manufacturing growth consistent with the high demand for CBT® resin along with sustaining the strong emphasis on quality, safety and productivity in a global market. The aggressive growth plan for Cyclics Corporation includes initiating the construction of a 50 - 100 million pound plant within the next five years.

"The strong demand for high quality CBT® resin the company expects in the coming months and years dictates the need for seasoned manufacturing leadership to move the company forward," said Glenn Decker, President and CEO of Cyclics Corporation. "The manufacturing expertise and global view that Bob brings to the team will enhance and speed that growth."

"I am excited about joining the Cyclics team at the stage when the challenge is even more focused on efficient manufacturing of the product," said Mr. Sinuc. "I look forward to working closely with the entire Cyclics team as we build on the successes of this outstanding company."

Sinuc holds a bachelor of science in chemical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and has over 25 years of plastics manufacturing and engineering experience at GE and Honeywell. Most recently, Sinuc served as Vice President of Engineering at Plug Power (NASDAQ: PLUG).
