Move Strengthens Technical, Service Capabilities
WEST CHESTER, Ohio –Â Rite Track, Inc. a leading semiconductor equipment and global services supplier based in West Chester, Ohio announced today the acquisition of PLUS LLC. PLUS and their award winning service staff, based in Austin, Texas, will significantly bolster Rite Track's technical capacity and ability to provide modifications, installations and technical support offerings for TEL Track Systems.

Under the agreement reached between Rite Track and Plus LLC, Mr. Dovalina will take on the role as Director of TEL ACT Products for Rite Track, reporting to our CTO Mr. John Noyes.
