REP to Intro New Molding Machines at Rubber Expo

Two presses to run continuously at Booth 828

At the upcoming Rubber Expo in Cleveland, October 16-18, REP Corporation, the leading supplier of injection presses to the world rubber market, will introduce several new machines, two of which will be operating continuously in the booth, throughout the show.

REP will run its new CMS (Compact Molding System), a 160-ton, 2000cc shot, four-station rotary injection machine, featuring the highest productivity rates in the industry, as well as the TYC-V-16-3RT-S-PCD, a 250-ton vacuum compression press, built by one of the Asian manufacturing partners to REP, Tung Yu, a world leader in compression technology as well as conveyor belt vulcanizing and tirebuilding machinery. REP is the exclusive sales and service agent for Tung Yu outside of the Asian market.

REP personnel will also be on hand to discuss the new G9 family of injection presses, the RTIP line of injection presses built with REP technology and Tung Yu manufacturing efficiencies, as well as a C-Frame series of splice molding machines, designed specifically for TPE and thermoplastic materials.

REP engineers will demonstrate the advanced software suites available from the company for molders, including Thermotrac® for unmatched temperature monitoring, Curetrac® for maximum cycle efficiency and the premier production management tool in the rubber industry, REP-NET-Win®, a Windows-based system for full manufacturing monitoring and customer-required part data collection.

Booth personnel will include REP Corporation President Tim Graham and Regional Sales Managers Derek Williams and John Mohl, Service Manager Michel Quenaud and Global Marketing Director for REP International, Gilbert Greco, as well as Tung Yu company directors, Lee May Yeng and Steven Yen.
