ReliaMark Brand Launches Two New Products Suited for Washdown Applications


BLOOMFIELD, Connecticut – ReliaMark, distributed exclusively by Kaman Industrial Technologies Corp., today announced the release of two new products suited for washdown applications: corrosion-resistant mounted units and stainless steel chain, in addition to our existing line of ReliaMark stainless steel ball bearings.



ReliaMark corrosion-resistant mounted units are available with stainless steel and thermoplastic housings with set screw or eccentric collar stainless steel inserts in pillow block, 2- and 4-bolt flange, 3-bolt flanged bracket, tapped base and take-up unit styles. The units are available with standard stainless steel bearing inserts featuring shaft sizes ranging from 3/4" to 2". Most housing styles are available in both set-screw and eccentric locking collar mounts.



ReliaMark corrosion-resistant roller are constructed of AISI 304 stainless steel to make them ideal for the demanding standards established for food and beverage, pharmaceutical and similar production environments. They are available in single- and double-strand ANSI sizes # 25 – 80; extended pitch conveyor standard- and large-roller ANSI sizes #2040 – 2082; and British Standard single-strand sizes 06-12. ANSI sizes are available in packaged lengths of 10, 50 and 100 feet and British Standard chains are packaged in 10-foot lengths.
