Reiloy USA Names New President and Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Maize KS - Reiloy USA Corporation has named Joe Piccini as President and George Radcliff as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Piccini will officially start as President on January 28th, 2019, and succeeds Dave Larson, who retired from Reiloy USA in October of 2018. Radcliff joined Reiloy USA on January 7th, 2019.

As President, Piccini will be responsible for setting the conditions for continued success of Reiloy USA’s North American operations through elevating partnerships with customers and suppliers, strengthening capabilities, and delivering profitable growth.

Piccini joins the Reiloy USA team with 29 years’ experience in the plastics industry, most recently serving as Plant Manager for both Silgan Dispensing Systems and AEP Industries. In addition to his management, engineering and manufacturing experience, Piccini brings extensive knowledge in continuous improvement and lean methodologies.

Mr. Piccini holds a BS degree in Plastics Engineering from Pittsburg State University.

Radcliff brings more than 19 years’ experience in the plastics industry, most recently serving as Regional Sales Manager for Cloeren Incorporated where he was responsible for equipment sales, technical support and project management in North and Latin America. Prior to that, Radcliff served as Plant Manager with PolyOne/Spartech Corporation and held previous roles as Quality Manager and Process/Continuous Improvement Engineer throughout his tenure.

Radcliff’s responsibilities will encompass directing the company’s new and existing business development initiatives to strengthen Reiloy USA’s continuing growth while providing leadership to the sales team, including working with the agencies and distributors that represent Reiloy USA products and services.

Mr. Radcliff also holds a BS degree in Plastics Engineering from Pittsburg State University.
