RedPrairie Appoints R. Michael Mayoras as CEO and Director to the Board; Martin Hiscox as Vice-Chairman of the Board

Milwaukee, WI - RedPrairie Corporation, a world-leading consumer driven optimization company, today announced that R. Michael Mayoras has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. He will also serve on RedPrairie's Board of Directors.
Mayoras joined RedPrairie in 2004 as EVP of Customer and Delivery Services, and was subsequently named President of SCE Americas in 2006. During his tenure, Mayoras has played a critical role in ensuring the success of RedPrairie's customers in implementing and deriving value from RedPrairie's broad range of supply chain management software solutions. Mayoras has more than 25 years experience in the consulting and software industries. Prior to joining RedPrairie, Mayoras served as President of DigiTerra, a wholly owned subsidiary of CIBER.
