Recruitmax Welcomes 83 New Enterprise Customers in 2005; Announces Strategic Customer Investments for 2006

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Feb. 23 / -- Recruitmax, a global leader in technology and services for building great workforces, today announced that 2005 was the most successful year in its history, highlighted by a record 83 new enterprise clients and its 33rd consecutive quarter of year-over-year revenue gains. Following a year of strong growth, first-to-market product innovations and global expansion, Recruitmax plans significant infrastructure, service and development investments in 2006 to support its rapid growth and a continued commitment to quality and unmatched customer satisfaction.

Recruitmax revenues increased more than 75 percent in 2005 amidst rising demand for its strategic workforce management software applications. The company showed strength throughout the world with global wins including powerhouses KPMG in South Africa, British Sky Broadcasting and Singapore Airlines. In North America, it captured such well-known brands as Boeing, Whirlpool, Northrop Grumman, Ann Taylor Stores and Lehman Brothers. In addition to 83 new enterprise clients, Recruitmax added more than 200 new clients to its small and mid-sized [SMB] product suite.

In the fourth quarter, the company welcomed a record 29 new enterprise clients, including Culligan International, BCBG Max Azria, Waste Management, and Times Publishing among others. In addition to strong adoption of its recruitment and onboarding software, Recruitmax is seeing accelerating demand for its enterprise performance management application, Impact, which was made available in April of 2005. The company welcomed 12 new performance management clients in the debut year.

"2005 was a huge success," said Derek Mercer, the founder and Chief Executive Officer for Recruitmax. "Nearly 300 organizations, including 83 enterprise clients, chose Recruitmax to help them improve the way they attract and retain top talent. Their vote of confidence inspires us to achieve even more in 2006. We remain committed to quality and passionate about helping our clients achieve even greater success."

During the year, Recruitmax garnered a number of prestigious honors. On the heels of a strong 2005, Recruitmax is in the initial stages of several strategic investments planned for 2006. These investments include more than $5 million in new hosting, security, product delivery, quality assurance, and development hardware, software and services. To support continued expansion in Asia Pacific, Recruitmax plans to launch a new data center in Australia in the first half of 2006. The new hosting facility will supplement the company's existing data centers in the United States and the United Kingdom.

Additional initiatives planned for this year include customer service, training, research and educational investments to help customers become more knowledgeable and gain even more value out of their Recruitmax applications.
