Raymond Lift Trucks Featured In New Television Series

GREENE, N.Y. - "Motor City Motors," a new Discovery Channel series, will feature Raymond® lift trucks in episodes throughout the season. Set in Detroit, "Motor City Motors" follows two brothers as they are challenged to engineer unique custom vehicles. The cast will use Raymond lift trucks to help lift, transport and place parts and other heavy components used in building the vehicles.

Andersen and Associates, Inc. (Wixom, Mich.; www.andersenassoc.com), a Sales and Service Center for The Raymond Corporation, provided the show with five Raymond lift trucks, including one walkie reach truck, two walkie pallet trucks and two hand pallet trucks.

"We are pleased that our lift trucks can play a part in a series designed to spotlight manufacturing ingenuity," says Thomas Campau Jr., dealer principal of Andersen and Associates, Inc. "Raymond supports innovation in the manufacturing world - something synonymous with the city of Detroit."

Motor City Motors is scheduled to premiere Dec. 28, 2009, on Discovery Channel.
