Raymond Bitzel Named Director of North America Sales for Wheelabrator Plus

LaGrange, GA - (January 15, 2008) - Wheelabrator Group announces that Raymond Bitzel Jr. has been named Director, North America Sales for Wheelabrator Plus, the after-sales division of Wheelabrator Group that provides a full range of services, replacement parts, training and equipment upgrades for all equipment users.
In his new role, Raymond has overall responsibility for managing and directing sales growth and industry best practices for all aftermarket sales growth operations including OEM parts, Parallel parts and Equipment Modernization Programs (EMP) in the United States and Canada.
Prior to joining Wheelabrator, Raymond worked in a variety of strategic roles in the automotive industry for 13 years including Sales Manager for A. Schulman Inc. and Project/Launch Manger for the $3 billion General Motors GMT 800 truck program for North America, the 1999 Motor Trend Truck of the Year. Raymond specializes in developing and optimizing new channels to market, commercial process reengineering and diverse team building. A decorated Naval officer and honors graduate from the U.S. Naval Academy with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, enjoys his free time flying and reading. He resides in Moreland, GA with his daughter and wife.
