Rami Technology Group Acquires Raltron Electronics
Raltron to continue as a Rami Technology Group subsidiary

Raltron Electronics Corp., Miami FL announced today that it had been acquired by the Rami Technology Group of Hong Kong.
In making this announcement Raltron stressed the fact that the company will continue to market its complete range of products under the Raltron name as it continues to manufacture at its Miami, Fl. headquarters facility and its other Asian manufacturing sites.
Well capitalized, the Rami Technology Group will operate Raltron as a subsidiary continuing to support world wide sales operations through authorized representatives and stocking distributors. Raltron continues in a "business as usual" format and is now in a position to achieve its goal as one of the preeminent manufacturers of frequency management products.
