RAID and CBIZ Network Solutions Announce Strategic Storage and Services Partnership

Lawrence, MA and St. Louis, MO (March 10, 2006) - RAID, Incorporated, a leading storage technology and services provider, and CBIZ Network Solutions, LLC (a subsidiary of CBIZ, Inc. Nasdaq: CBIZ), a technology consulting firm specializing in helping businesses across the country improve operational performance, reduce costs and improve organizational profitability through the implementation of IT solutions, announced today a strategic relationship which will allow both firms to take advantage of each others expert services to deliver leading storage and service solutions which are unique to today's marketplace .
This agreement provides CBIZ the ability to integrate RAID's full line of enterprise class data storage systems into the CBIZ family of technology. In addition, RAID will leverage and integrate certain CBIZ network expertise and has also agreed to leverage CBIZ extensive service offerings in to the current RAID services portfolio.

Both RAID and CBIZ have Network Operation Centers which will be leveraged by both parties to deliver a higher level of resilience and the companies have also agreed on partnering on disaster recovery, grid, and utility based storage solutions which will span between Missouri , Illinois , Massachusetts , and New Hampshire .
