BARCELONA, February 11 -- RADCOM, Ltd. (NASDAQ and TASE: RDCM), a leading network test and service monitoring solutions provider, today announced that it will extend the capability of its Omni-Q monitoring solution for cellular networks to the monitoring of Mobile TV, for both CDMA and UMTS standards.

Omni-Q is a single platform, vendor- and technology-neutral monitoring solution that can help operators improve service quality, thus increasing revenue by both increasing service usage and reducing costly customer churn "Omni-Q already monitors the cellular network access and core, providing operators with full end-to-end monitoring of their services," said Eyal Harari, RADCOM's VP, Products and Marketing. "Now they can extend the same solution to Include monitoring of Mobile TV subscriber activity, including full visibility Into subscriber transactions and correlation of all signaling to video quality metrics."

Mobile TV - TV services delivered directly to mobile phones - is gaining momentum as the service that will drive demand for the next generation of wireless mobile phones. While subscribers are anxious to purchase the latest Mobile TV services that will bring communications and entertainment together in one handheld device, Mobile TV technology is highly sensitive and frequently unreliable. Guaranteed quality of service is critical to rapid adoption of this new technology, and Omni-Q gives cellular operators (both CDMA and UMTS) a full view of their TV and Video services.

The fully scalable Omni-Q system is comprised of multiple R70 probes. Deployed throughout the network, the probes monitor the traffic and gather statistics that help service providers know exactly when and where problems occur, enabling easy monitoring of all network activity. The R70's unique technology allows real-time analysis and real-time detection of service problems. It monitors the quality of thousands of video streams simultaneously, providing a MOS score for each, as well as a full range of
MPEG-Transport Stream analysis with MPEG-2, MPEG-4, and H.263 support.
