TriQuint's new TriAccess(TM) product line includes the TAT7467H, a true differential Edge QAM amplifier covering medium power applications in the CATV band. The TAT7467H includes on-chip linearization for better 3rd order distortion performance while maintaining low power consumption on a 5 V supply. The device's power usage, 350-380mA, is up to 50% better than competing solutions and is ideal for satisfying DOCSIS® 3.0 requirements at 'greener' efficiency levels.
