PTDA Welcomes New Members



Chicago, Ill.- The Power Transmission Distributors Association (PTDA) welcomed three new members in the third quarter of 2011.

The association welcomed one new distributor member:

o Industrial Power Transmission LLC (IPT) (Elkridge, Md.): IPT will celebrate its first birthday on December 12, 2011, as a full-line power transmission distributor with divisions for engineering and conveyor design/build. The company distributes mechanical power transmission products, bearings, material handling components, motors, electrical/electronic drives and power transmission accessories. It also completes repairs on motors as well as on circuit boards and variable frequency drives. Two companies joined the association as manufacturer members:
