Attendees Pick Up Strategies to Achieve Culturetopia at the PTDA 2019 Leadership Development Conference
Chicago, Ill.—April 2, 2019—Dozens of future leaders in the power transmission/motion control industry engaged in a mix of education, group discussion and problem-solving activities and took home powerful tips and strategies from facilitator Jason Young, president of LeadSmart, Inc., during the PTDA 2019 Leadership Development Conference.
Held March 20-22 in Savannah, Georgia, participants walked through the seven values that shape “The Culturetopia Effect”, a culture of high performance in which employees contribute their best work in an atmosphere of care and accountability. Participants learned strategies for communicating, measuring and sustaining these values to create a healthy company.
