ProTeus Facility Management System Utilized for Sustainability at Burj Khalifa


ProTeus from Eagle Technology, Inc of Mequon Wisconsin is interfaced with METASYS from Johnson Controls, Inc (JCI) in the newly opened Burj Khalifa. ProTeus will provide sustainability measures over the life of the building and it's equipment leading to greater maintenance efficiency and lower operating costs.

January 7, 2010 -- Today marks the opening of the tallest and technically most advanced building in the world, the Burj Khalifa. Eagle partnered with Johnson Controls (JCI) to provide a facility maintenance solution fully integrated with JCI's building management system, METASYS(TM).

The ProTeus facility maintenance management system from Eagle Technology, Inc (www.eaglecmms.com) will allow the tracking of maintenance needs and track costs, parts and labor spent on the facility and its' equipment over the life of the facility.

Utilizing this technology will assure the maximum value from the equipment and contributing to energy efficiency.
