Precision Wire Technologies Acquired by Local Investors
Precision Wire Technologies is excited to announce it's recent acquisition by a group of local investors. A newly formed holding company called The PWT Group consists of businessmen who reside and work in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and Managing Partner David Faust will assume the role of CEO of PWT.
"We've been part of the local landscape for a long time and are thrilled to have our roots firmly planted here for the long-term" Faust said of the new ownership group. "Fort Wayne has been a great place for us to do business and we believe this acquisition provides us the resource and expertise to grow and thrive in this community. We want to be a contributor and philanthropist in this area through job creation and generosity and know that the new ownership team will continue to support that objective."
Faust added his group was impressed with the quality of the customers PWT works with, and appreciates their continued business. The goal of the management team is to continue PWT's long standing tradition of excellent customer support, and is excited to enact new processes and procedures designed to strengthen those relationships even further.
