Precision Profiles, LLC Expands Capabilities with Hollow Machining Acquisition
Titusville, Pennsylvania, June 30, 2021 – Precision Profiles, LLC (the “Company”), a trusted manufacturer of high precision, tight tolerance OEM steam turbine components and other precision metal parts, today announced that the Company acquired a majority of the assets and customers of the Commercial Fluid Power Titusville division on June 28, 2021. The facility is now operating as the Hollow Machining division of Precision Profiles, LLC.

Commercial Honing, LLC dba Commercial Fluid Power provides a wide array of services for the oil & gas and fluid power industries across its four operating facilities in North Canton, OH; Dover, OH; Rome, GA; and Titusville, PA. The Titusville, PA facility, now owned by Precision Profiles, LLC, specializes in trepanning and related services such as boring, honing, turning, machining, and welding. Gary Walker of Reed Smith LLP (Pittsburgh, PA) served as legal counsel for Precision Profiles, LLC while Christopher Hunt of Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Co., LPA (Canton, OH) served as legal counsel for Commercial Honing, LLC.
