About Precision Custom Components, LLC
PCC’s core competency is the manufacture of large custom equipment (to 600 tons) involving challenging welding and machining requirements, tight tolerances, and robust QA procedures. Within its 400,000 sq ft facility in York, PA, PCC fabricates large pressure vessels and other vessels and specialty equipment for the commercial nuclear, military/government, energy, and process industries. Our customers include Westinghouse, GE, Framatome, ExxonMobil, DowDuPont, US Navy, US DOE, National Laboratories, electric utilities, and others. PCC maintains ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Section III (N, NS, and NPT stamps) and Section VIII Division 1, 2, and 3 certification (R, U, U2 and U3 stamps). We are one of only ten firms worldwide who maintain ASME Section VIII Division 3 certification for the design and manufacture of large, ultra high pressure vessels. We also conform to ISO 9001 and NQA-1.
