Precision Associates, Inc. Announces Bradley Arnold Kadue as its New President

Precision Associates, Inc. (“PAI”) is excited to announce that Bradley Arnold Kadue has been named its new President effective 12/14/2017. This announcement represents the conclusion of the transition plan which was announced to the company in mid-2017.
Brad started his career as a CPA performing audit work in the Atlanta, GA office of Deloitte. He left Deloitte in 2005 to accept the role of Controller at PAI’s subsidiary, Sil-Pro, LLC in Delano, MN. For the past 5 years, he has held the position of Vice President of Finance, serving as a company executive, and managing the financial aspects of the combined PAI and Sil-Pro entity.
The company commemorated the transition at a “Passing the Keys to the Company” ceremony held in front nearly 200 of the company’s employees and retirees. The ceremonial keys were presented to Brad by the outgoing President, Paul Arnold Kadue. Paul has served the company in the role of President and Chairman of the Board since 1996 and will continue to work at the company on a part-time basis as well as to serve as its Chairman.
Brad represents the 3rd generation of his family to lead the company in the role of President. He follows his grandfather and founder Arnold Edward Kadue, and then his uncle Paul Kadue. In his comments to those gathered, Brad paid homage to the family-oriented nature of the business by thanking the retirees for their attendance and continued involvement with the PAI family, as well as recognizing the commitment of the current employees to the company’s core values which are expressed as an acronym of the founder’s name: Achieve and Excel with Kindliness.
