Precision Associates Announces Move to New Facility
Minneapolis, MN - July 1, 2011: U.S. seal manufacturer Precision Associates announced today that the company has moved all of its operating units, including manufacturing and sales to a newly remodeled 128,000 sq. ft. facility in Minneapolis.
The plant renovation and move, which took more than one year, was designed to improve product flow and communications in the company's manufacturing process, while incorporating energy and water conservation upgrades. Manufacturing now takes place on one floor in the new facility, which is large enough to allow for future expansion. The 56 year old company was previously located in a 6 story warehouse style building.
Company President and CEO, Paul Kadue, states "Our new efficient plant layout should allow us to improve upon the industry leading quality, lead time and on-time performance our customers have come to expect from Precision Associates."
