Pre-Engineered Precast Building Manufactured for Sports Complex at Riverside County Park South

Oldcastle Precast's EASI-SET™ Buildings Division in Easton, PA, EASI-SET's northeast producer, supplied the pre-engineered, precast concrete building for North Arlington Sports Facility's complete reconstruction project located in Riverside County Park South. The Bergen County Department of Parks & Recreation project entailed the reconstruction of the multi-sports field complex building as well as the installation of new artificial turf and sports field lighting.

Oldcastle Precast's EASI-SET Buildings Division, responsible for the design, manufacture, and out-fitting of the pre-engineered sports facility building,  manufactured and erected five (5) EASI-SET™ building modules  and (20) EASI-SPAN™ wall, floor and roof panels to create the building. The fully assembled and pre-plumbed sports facility building was erected on March 14, 2014.

The new single story  2,750 SF sport complex building consists of two (2) 700 square foot  team locker rooms with restrooms, men's and women's public restrooms, and a large concession stand with gas fired kitchen equipment installed under a stainless steel exhaust hood in addition to a fire suppression system.  Furthermore, the building was designed to handle occasional flooding from the nearby Passaic River.

Bergen County Department of Parks & Recreation is very pleased with the new building. This is the second time they have used an Oldcastle Precast EASI-SET building at one of their park facilities. These durable precast concrete buildings will provide secure and lasting features in the flood prone environmental conditions.
