Polyset Named a Winner of the Albany Times Union 2018 Top Workplaces Award

Polyset, a leading custom formulator and manufacturer of Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, and Elastomers, has been awarded a 2018 Top Workplaces honor by The Times Union. Based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey (Energage, LLC), the anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.

“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”

Founded in 1980 by the Ghoshal’s father, Raj and Nil are not only proud about the continued success Polyset has experienced since they took over Polyset after their father’s passing in 2010, but are grateful towards their employees and keeping their dad’s vision close to heart.

“Being named a Top Workplace is an honor for us,” says Nil Ghoshal, President/CEO. “We are continuing the legacy of our father who understood the importance of his employees and the knowledge/passion they brought to Polyset. Everyone here gives their best, and in return, we gladly give back to them.”

At the Times Union’s Top Workplace reception, Polyset was named the #3 small employer and also received an award for the best employee appreciation program.
