Polygon Awarded Region 1 GSA Contract for Disaster Restoration Services


Restoration Firm Now Serves Five of 11 GSA Regions Nationwide

AMESBURY, MASS. - February 28, 2011 - Polygon has been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by the General Services Administration (GSA) to provide disaster restoration services to Federal Government facilities in the New England Region 1. Organized into 11 regions, the GSA is a centralized procurement and property management agency for the US Federal Government.

The BPA designates Polygon as the preferred government vendor to offer its complete disaster recovery and document restoration products and services to federal, state and local governments in these regions.

GSA Region 1 includes 488 federally owned and leased facilities consisting of more than 11 million square feet in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont. The BPA period of performance runs through February 2016.

Polygon already has disaster restoration services BPAs in GSA Regions 2, 5, 7, and 9, along with BPAs with the National Archives and Records Administration, NASA and the Bureau of Land Management
