Precision AirConvey To Repelletize Edge Trim And Scrap At Booth
B-Y-O-S: Bring Your Own Scrap And See It Repelletized In Seconds
Newark, DE: Trim waste and scrap reclamation system developer Precision AirConvey (PAC), Newark, Del. (www.PrecisionAirConvey.com) plans to introduce its line of plastic repelletizers at NPE 2006 booth #4052 in Chicago, Ill on June 19th. Encompassing a complete range of 21 different models, the line of repelletizers enables plastic film processors to capture edge trim, roll scrap and other film waste, convert it to pellets and re-introduce it into the extrusion process in a closed reclamation loop that safeguards the purity of the material. The line of repelletizers accommodates PE, PP, PS, ABS, metallocenes, coextrusion blends and other commodity and engineering resins in a wide range of trim widths and thicknesses, delivering high-speed throughputs exceeding 1,500 lbs./hr.
To feature a fully operating Integra Series model repelletizer at the booth, PAC plans to offer a free material testing service enabling processors to see their own film waste repelletized at the booth. To participate, attendees may bring a sample of their waste material to the booth or ship an entire roll in advance of the show and schedule a convenient time to view the test at the booth.
The PAC line of repelletizers is available in North America by a recent joint venture agreement with Plasmac Ltd., a UK-based plastics recycling equipment manufacturer recognized for its commitment to high quality and dependable performance.
