PKC Acquired by ISC Engineering to Offer More Advanced Turnkey Solutions and Growth Capacity for Customers
ISC Engineering (“ISC”), a Tide Rock Holdings (“Tide Rock”) company, is pleased to announce that it has acquired PKC, a leading contract manufacturer of cable, harness, and electro-mechanical assemblies. The acquisition marks an exciting new chapter for both companies and their customers. Each company continues to service its customers as before but is now able to offer more advanced, better integrated, and more turnkey solutions, particularly for high performance and harsh environment applications. PKC complements ISC’s expertise in over-molding and interconnect solutions with expertise in manufacturing complex assemblies and enhances ISC’s capabilities in design to production management. The combined company’s production capacity will support existing customers’ significant demand for growth and will enable the launch and scaling of new customer relationships.
The deal represents the successful culmination of a transition plan for Bruce McCleave and Roger Litz, PKC’s former owners. Bruce remains invested in the business and will continue to lend his decades of industry experience to the company as an executive focused on business development and key account management. Roger retired and will continue to lend his advice during the transition period.
