Cindy Ng has helped the Gemini Bakery Equipment Co. as a lead negotiator and manager in key relationships like acquisitions, banking and legal affairs. Throughout her 12 years with Gemini she has held progressive responsibilities initially as vice president of finance and as the executive vice president of finance and administration today.
Gemini first came on the market over 40 years ago as an entrepreneurial company, but with Ng’s recent help it’s become the largest specialty bakery equipment and systems provider in North America. It has a full range of offerings from individual equipment to multimillion-dollar projects, parts and services.

Ng’s other accomplishments include co-founding the Greater Philadelphia Cantonese Academy in Rosemont 12 years ago. The school promotes the understanding of Chinese culture, heritage and experiences in the United States. It also offers instructional Chinese language classes to students ranging from kindergarten age to high school.
Ng attended the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where she focused on public accounting and earned her CPA designation. She then later followed her finance career into the private industry, where she held senior management and controllership positions before joining Gemini.
