Perfection Chain Products Acquires Turner & Seymour, Announces Name Change to T & S Perfection Chain Products
DENVER, Colorado - In December 2012, Perfection Chain Products, Inc. of Vinemont Alabama acquired the assets and ongoing operations of The Turner & Seymour Manufacturing Company of Torrington, CT.
As a result of the acquisition, on March 1, 2013, the combined companies officially changed their name to T & S Perfection Chain Products, Inc. For the immediate future, individual sales and marketing forces will remain unchanged and operations will continue both in Vinemont, AL and Torrington, CT under the new name.
