Plymouth, Michigan, January 4, 2012 - Perceptron, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRCP) today announced that Harry Rittenour, President and CEO, and Jack Lowry, CFO, will present to institutional investors and analysts at the Annual Sidoti Microcap Conference, to be held on January 9, 2012, at The Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York City.

At the conference Harry Rittenour will discuss the four key elements of the Company's strategy, which include organic growth within the Industrial Business Unit, R&D on the new Helix platform, continued evaluation of the direction of the Commercial Products Business Unit, and identifying and evaluating ways to diversify its business.
