People on the Move spotlights trailblazers in standardization, highlighting their latest achievements, advancements, and contributions to the standards community.

ANSI is pleased to announce that Jessica Hychalk will serve as manager of international policy - regional and bilateral programs. Ms. Hychalk is based at the Institute's headquarters in Washington, DC, and supports the senior program director, international policy, in the areas of international, regional, and bilateral policy, and in the staffing of ANSI's International Policy Committee (IPC), the ANSI ISO Council (AIC), and the three Regional Standing Committees (RSCs).

Ms. Hychalk previously worked at ASTM International as manager, global cooperation, where she coordinated ASTM's extensive Memorandum of Understanding programs with developing nations to support training opportunities in English and Spanish. She has also attended several Pan-American Standards Commission (COPANT) meetings as part of the ANSI delegation, serving on the Resolutions Committee on ANSI's behalf.

Ms. Hychalk holds a B.A. in English and Spanish from Ursinus College and a master's degree in bilingual and bicultural studies from La Salle University
