Paul Nardone Receives Promotion to Customer Service Manager at C.W. Brabender Instruments, Inc.

In January C.W. Brabender® Instruments, Inc. promoted Paul Nardone to the newly created position of Customer Service Manager for both the Chemical Division and the Food Characterization Division of C.W. Brabender® Instruments, Inc. He will conduct business out of the corporate headquarters in South Hackensack, NJ which will be home base for the expanded service division of our continually growing company.
Paul Nardone brings an extreme wealth of significant experience and expertise with C.W. Brabender® Instruments’ extensive line of Chemical and Food testing equipment to his new position. Previously, he held the position of Technical Account Manager for 13 years and was instrumental in the past sales successes of C.W. Brabender®. He is a member of the Palisades-NJ division of SPE and acts as the division’s award chair. Paul has spent his entire career working with laboratory-scale physical testing instrumentation and over the years has become a valuable resource to a great number of our customer base. His invaluable experience and tremendous knowledge level in his field of expertise have long been a welcomed asset to C.W. Brabender® Instruments’ continually growing scope of business and the re-direction of his expertise to the service area is a truly monumental gain for us and our valued customer base.
Paul Nardone will be in charge of the newly reorganized and expanded Service Department at C.W. Brabender® and, in this new capacity, is responsible for coordinating all service trips, while expanding our customer service and establishing our newest initiative of offering service contracts for newly sold instruments in the near future. Please join us in welcoming Paul to his new position and wishing him success in growing our customer relationships and cementing C.W.
