Parlec Acquires Manufacturing And Engineering Capabilities In The UK.
Fairport, N.Y. - November 1, 2005 - Today Parlec, Inc. announced the asset acquisition of Troughton & Simms Manufacturing. This acquisition continues to support Parlec's global mission in Europe of providing the highest levels of sales, service, and engineering support for its customers.
Troughton & Simms, a job shop located in Bristol, England adjacent to Parlec's European facilities, is a manufacturer of driven and static tooling products and components for the company.

"In addition, investments will be made to upgrade the facility in order to continue to offer our customers best in class product and customer service".
Parlec's new manufacturing additions will be located in the same facilities as the sales, service, and engineering operations and will be rolled under the Parlec Europe umbrella currently managed by Robert H. Miller, General Manager, Europe. Parlec has also added five new employees in order to strengthen the manufacturing and engineering capabilities and customer support services.
