Papers are Invited for ASTM International Conference on Abestos Laboratory Issues

The ASTM 2013 Michael E. Beard Conference: Asbestos Laboratory Issues, is a two-day set of presentations on asbestos topics of interest to those who work in laboratories, those who use laboratory analytical data, and those who need to understand how to interpret asbestos analytical results. The meeting will follow the policies established for the Johnson Conferences to encourage the presentation of the most recent work in the field and to allow open and frank discussion of new ideas and possible interpretation of the data. The conference will be divided into four sessions:
The conference co-chairman are soliciting presentations to fill out the program. Each presentation slot is 20 minutes long (15 minutes for delivering the paper, with the remaining five minutes set aside for discussion). Those interested in giving a presentation in one of the sessions listed above should submit a title and short abstract to Jim Millette (firstname.lastname@example.org), Jim Webber (email@example.com), Larry Pierce (firstname.lastname@example.org), or Owen Crankshaw (email@example.com) by Feb. 24, 2012 to be considered.
