Oregon Catholic Press (OCP) Signs a Software and Services Agreement for IBS Bookmaster, the Leading Integrated Book Publishing Software Suite

FOLSOM, California, August 16/ - OCP, a major publisher of liturgical music and worship resources has signed an enterprise software and services agreement with IBS to install their world-leading software suite for publishers - IBS Bookmaster. The new
system will include inventory management, advanced warehouse management, CRM,
financials, rebates and commissions, subscription management, royalty
management, e-Commerce and book production.

"IBS Bookmaster software for book publishers is comprehensive
and easy to use. The configurability is unrivaled," comments Jim Ure, CIO,
OCP. "We needed the ability to have an integrated end-to-end solution for our
core product line of subscription products. The IBS Bookmaster suite of
products handles everything a publisher requires: order entry, editorial
production, inventory management, shipping, royalty management, and a fully
integrated financial system. We have high expectations that the total
solution will allow us to accomplish substantive process improvements while
reducing costs and improving the service our customers receive."

IBS Bookmaster will become an essential part of OCP's
operations. Jim Ure adds, "The integrated platform will allow us to manage
our business and deliver data effectively for reporting, e-Commerce and
product development."

"As advisors to OCP, we were impressed by the rigorous and
impartial evaluation they performed to select the ERP solution that would
best meet their requirements," states Edwin Fager, President, Kensai
International, Ltd. "From our perspective, what impressed OCP most about IBS
was the two-day fact-finding visit IBS consultants made prior to answering
the RFP and their presentation of a comprehensive solution, which included
specific software modifications and procedural changes that addressed OCP's
unique requirements."

"IBS is thrilled to collaborate with a company so highly
regarded by the publishing field," states Barry Christian, President, IBS
North America. "OCP has been a leader in the Religious Publishing field for
over 80 years, and we look forward to working with them during the coming
years on the continued success and growth of OCP."

"It was also a pleasure to work with Kensai International
Ltd.," continues Barry Christian. "They are a professional non-biased
consulting organization that brings incredible experience to their clients in
the publishing field. They outline a thoughtful approach and strategy to
every software selection process."
