Omron Launches Series of Safety Products

OMRON Corporation announces the release of new F3SR-B rugged safety light curtain product, which is ideal for use with large scale equipment with its high, bright white LED (Light-Emitting Diode) alignment. With the F3SR-B, users can easily adjust light axis alignment even for large scale equipment where detection in longer distance is required. F3SR-B complies with the international standard IEC61496-1 for safety curtains and performance level ISO13849-1 PL=e for safety system related components, which makes it ideal for use in Europe.
OMRON also announced the release of new D4SL Series of small size magnetic lock safety door switches. D4SL features its small class size and ease of wiring and implementation, plus enhanced ruggedness and durability, contributing a safety design for a range of machinery and equipment.
Additionally, Omron announces NE1A-SCPU01/2-EIP EtherNet/IP-enabled safety network controllers. With the EtherNet/IP capability, users can monitor operations of safety systems, being comprised of Omron safety network controllers and DeviceNetSafety safety network, directly from the upper level network.
