Omegasonics' Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems Receives CSA Certification Mark

Simi Valley, CA, – Omegasonics, a global supplier of ultrasonic cleaning systems, today announced that its ultrasonic generators have obtained Canadian Standards Association (CSA) Certification.

The elite CSA mark demonstrates that Omegasonics products have been certified by an accredited third party laboratory and have met applicable safety standards as required by North American law.

The CSA standards used in Canada are considered equivalent to the safety standards required by both the Underwriters Laboratory (UL) in the United States and TUV Rheinland in Germany. All three are widely acknowledged as legitimate certifying agencies, and each agency recognizes the others’ standards and approvals.

In essence, with the CSA approval, Omegasonics generators now also meet UL and TUV safety standards. And, with the certification of its generators, the firm is now able to extend CSA certification to many of the products within the Omegasonics line.

“By obtaining CSA certification for our generators, we can confidently offer products that will consistently perform within the safety parameters required by the CSA, UL and TUV,” said Frank Pedeflous, President of Omegasonics. “At the same time, we are now able to properly accommodate customers who require agency approved products.”
