OK International to Hold Two Advanced Package Rework and Repair Seminars
GARDEN GROVE, CA - May 10, 2012 - OK International today announced the locations for its next two Advanced Package Rework and Repair seminars. The next seminar is scheduled to take place Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at the Hyatt Regency in Richardson, TX. The following seminar is scheduled to take place Thursday, June 21, 2012 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Austin, TX.
See the award-winning Metcal Scorpion Rework System in action in Richardson or Austin. Attendees will learn the latest techniques used to rework and repair BGAs, QFNs and Micro SMDs. Additionally, the seminar will feature rework demonstrations with real-life applications learned from global experiences.
