Ohio Rod Products Appoints Jeff Liter As President

Ohio Rod Products, a part of the Elgin Fastener Group and a manufacturer of long length, small diameter headed and threaded fasteners, has appointed Jeff Liter as President. Liter previously worked for Ohio Rod in the 1980's as an inside salesman.
Liter brings years of sales, marketing and management experience in both manufacturing and distribution. He served as Vice President of Sales at Equiguard, Inc., taking the company from a start-up to North America's largest provider of extended service agreements to the HVAC/R Industry. At Consolidated Industries, a HVAC manufacturing company, Liter developed a distribution network which increased sales several fold.
Liter holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Indiana University and has spoken at various sales & marketing seminars and organization meetings throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Liter will report to Elgin Fastener Group President, Gary Walston.
