Nujay Delivers Large Backplane PCBs for Top of the Line Medical Company
Nujay Technologies have delivered large (27.7" x 11.00") - controlled impedance, 6 layer, 0.124" thick and with 3/2/2/2/2/3 oz copper Backplanes to an Electronics Contract Manufacturer (EMS) in Orange County, CA. The backplanes were produced in an off-shore PCB facility affiliated with Nujay. Typically small volume orders of such backplanes are processed in USA and only the large volumes are manufactured in Asia. But after extensive supplier search Nujay qualified a very high tech PCB facility in Taiwan to do this job. The factory successfully produced the backplanes after just one trial run. The backplanes will be used by a leading medical equipment company.
Nujay has booked repeat order of the same board to be delivered before the year end!
