Northwire, Inc. - Technical Cable Announces New Owner and Chief Executive Officer


OSCEOLA, Wis.-Katina Kravik is promoted to chief executive officer of Northwire, Inc. - Technical Cable. Kravik represents the third generation in her family to own and lead the privately held 37-year old company.

Kravik's Grandfather, Ormund Kravik, founded Northwire in 1972. A mechanical engineer with an entrepreneurial spirit and industrious nature, Kravik formed Northwire when he could not source cable for one of his other businesses. Mark Kravik, Katina's father, led the second generation for over 30 years, revolutionized the industry by establishing benchmarks for the shortest lead times, unmatched quality and service excellence. Northwire's customer-centric foundation is solidified in Mark Kravik's new role as chairman of the board. As the new owner and CEO, Katina Kravik continues the tradition of superior performance and
service excellence.
