Northeast Laser Obtains ISO 9000 Certification

Northeast Laser & Electropolish, a Monroe, CT-based company, is pleased to announce that it is now an ISO registered company and has been awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification from QMI-SAI Global registration services.
Kurt England, one of the founding partners of the organization, issued the following statement: "Northeast Laser provides services to many medical device manufacturers and their sub-suppliers, so it was absolutely imperative that we raise our quality system to match the requirements of the industry. I am pleased with the way each of our employees took to the task of upgrading and implementing our quality system, and the fact that we were able to pass our certification audit on the first go around."
Northeast Laser & Electropolish provides laser marking, laser engraving, laser welding, laser cutting, electropolishing and passivation services to a wide range of companies throughout the United States and abroad.
England added, "While we are proud to have earned a reputation for quick turnaround and high quality on both high and low volume projects, adding the ISO Certification adds a new level of quality and credibility that will serve both our current and our future customers."
