North Lanarkshire Council Goes Live On eProcurement Scotl@nd Programme
Scottish Council Deploys PECOS via Scottish Executive's eProcurement Initiative
NORWOOD, Mass., Feb. 13 - Elcom International, Inc. Under the terms of the contract, Elcom provides the hosted eProcurement platform and Capgemini provides systems integration and implementation services.
