Norheat / ITC TS1000 Reduces Process Time to Melt Aluminum by Up to 40%; Offers Free Trials

Norheat/ITC (https://www.norheatinc.com/) is pleased to announce test results for its new TS1000 technology in aluminum casting. The results clearly demonstrate the new TS1000 technology reduced melt time duration by up to 40% (per charge) when compared to today’s standard practice.

Tom Norris, President of Norheat Treatment Inc, and Peter Toth, President of Edmonton Aluminum Castings, both are extremely interested in what this technology could bring. Tom Norris was quoted stating, “This product could be used to significantly increase production, all while reducing fuel cost and carbon footprints”. Peter Toth added, “In today’s market any competitive advantage is a bonus. I could see this product being just that advantage”.

The aluminum manufacturing and aluminum casting sectors are competitive industries. The TS1000 technology is a step forward in creating cost-effective ways to, increasing production, reduce fuel costs, and reduce carbon footprints all at a reasonable expense. Norheat is continuing to target the aluminum, steel forging, heat treating, and steel production industries, through free trials of the TS1000 technology. In addition, these trials will be used to continue to gather information and showcase the benefits of using the TS1000 technology across a wide spectrum of industries.
