NKK Switches Names Marty Arch Head of Sales
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - NKK Switches, the world's leading designer and manufacturer of innovative electromechanical switching devices, today announced the appointment of Marty Arch as National Sales Manager for North America. As head of sales, Arch is responsible for the company's sales organization, including field sales, inside sales and customer support. She is also responsible for growing and strengthening NKK's distribution and sales channel partnerships.

Since Arch joined the company, NKK re-architected their sales teams to include new engineering resources that better moves technical expertise further down into the design process.
"Our customers need us to engage with more expertise on a more technical level helping them early in the design process in order to break the ceilings they have within their organization and speed product design," said Arch. "Not only will we engage engineering earlier, but we will invest heavily in our distribution partners and better help them and our reps focus on new vertical markets as they arise."
Before joining NKK, Arch worked at Ecolab, where she grew sales revenue more than 200 percent in 30 months. Arch has more than two decades of experience in sales within the electronics industry at organizations including Ecolab, Arrow, Pioneer, Schweber, Pullman and Westinghouse.
