Nilfisk-Advance Introduces ECO OIL Vacuum for Metalworking

New vacuum simultaneously recovers and recycles coolants and lubricants for immediate reuse.

MALVERN, Pa., November 13, 2006 - In response to complex contamination control and cleaning challenges within metalworking facilities, Nilfisk-Advance America has created the CFM ECO OIL Vacuum. This low-maintenance high-capacity workhorse simultaneously collects lubricants, chips, and sludge, and immediately recycles fluids for reuse. It is ideal in the cleanup of lathes, milling, cutting and grinding machines.

The ECO OIL is lightweight and maneuverable, and has a spill-proof system with hinged covers as well as a low-mounted suction unit for increased stability. The vacuum is also equipped with oil resistant wheels with two pivoting, locking casters; oil resistant gaskets; an onboard accessory tray; a durable waste bin that can be lifted out by hand or with a forklift if necessary; and a 360 degree pivoting suction hose that allows for the cleaning of multiple machines without moving the vacuum.

A range of options are available, including a choice of either a single or energy-saving three phase motor. In addition, a range of filter options are available for collecting particles down to 300, 100, or 50 microns, as well as coalescing filters that prevent fluids from becoming airborne.
