NFPA Members elected Board of Directors for 2018-19 year.

NFPA’s 2018 Annual Business Meeting was held during February 20-22 Annual Conference in Orlando, Florida. During this meeting the members elected its board of directors for the 2018-19 fiscal year. Under executive committee following members were elected - Jon Goreham (Chair), John Stenz (Vice Chair), Ray Chambers (Treasurer), Jeff Hand (Secretary) and Marc Weston (Past Chair). Each of the board members make commitments for supporting NFPA’s mission.

NFPA Members Elect 2018-19 Board of Directors at Annual Business Meeting

During NFPA's 2018 Annual Business Meeting, held in conjunction with our February 20-22 Annual Conference in Orlando, Florida, NFPA members elected the Board of Directors for the 2018-19 fiscal year. Although new Board terms don't begin until the start of the new fiscal year on July 1, it is the best opportunity for members to elect the Board during the Annual Business Meeting since many of NFPA's Official Company Representatives (OCR), who are eligible to vote, attend the Annual Conference. OCRs not in attendance were able to submit a proxy vote.

The Board Chair, Marc Weston of Danfoss, read the slate of 2018-19 Board candidates identified by the Nominating Committee:

A motion was subsequently made, seconded, and carried by an affirmative vote of all voting members present to approve this slate as NFPA's 2018-19 Board of Directors.

Each of the current and future Board members make personal and professional commitments in support of NFPA's mission to strengthen the fluid power industry. Their diverse and unique perspectives help keep the association focused on both the immediate needs of our members and the long-term needs of our industry.
